“SAARTHI” IAS believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under our cancellation and refund policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request shall not be entertained if the orders have been completed or if we have initiated the process of shipping either ourselves or through the vendors / merchants / representatives whom we may appoint from time to time.

No cancellations are entertained for those products that the “SAARTHI IAS” marketing team has given special offers on for various purposes including but not limited to special occasions like Holi, Diwali, Valentine’s Day, specific examination etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision

Refund Policy
There is no refund policy (refund would be proceed only in case if you have made payment more than once for the same item)

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. All fees above are inclusive of GST (18%).
2. The rates of GST will remain the same as fixed by the Government of India. If the Government changes the rates, the new rates will come into with immediate effect.
3. For payments of fees, the first installment is to be deposited at the time of admission, while the rest of the installments are to be deposited on monthly basis.
4. If you cancel your admission within 7 days from the commencement of the batch, 50% fees will be deducted.
5. In case admission on any course there will be no reconsideration regarding the refund under any circumstances after 7 days of the commencement of the batch
